Rolling, Rolling, Rolling...

Hey hey hey. Last day of relaxing after the holidays before school and work weeks start up, so enjoy it! We've spent it making way for a new game-changer for Zane. So, check THIS out!

He's now got a Permobil M300, a very sophisticated chair to help with getting him out of the bed and into the fresh air far easier now. This has been made possible by my best friend's mom, who owns this chair but has recently gotten a newer model (cat not included). After an hour of her teaching me all the settings and how to drive this beast, we set off down the road to deliver it to my place! I learned how to take curbs, make sharp corners and all kinds of things. It is really like learning to drive a car! Just barely got it in to my kitchen door, so I'm working to rearrange the living room so we can use the front door easier.

With that in mind, I bought an ottoman off FB Marketplace and while waiting for the sweet girl I bought it from to arrive, I receive her text that's she's dropped it at my door and said "Happy New Year!" Amazing. So, big thanks to Cheryl and Sydney for making it possible to get Zane out more often now! We did have a session with him yesterday to sit up, but he (and I) need a bit more practice before we start using the chair yet. But it's coming!

Also, I know a lot of you are asking about his MRI results. I have them off to St. Jude for the oncology review. I can't interpret the local radiologist's notes so I've got to reach them and get them Zane's last MRI in August for a true comparison. So I'm afraid I haven't got much news there just yet.
