Morning Sunrise with the Zaner...Waiting Still on News

Good morning from AdventHealth Orlando. Still in the hospital. Sorry for the lack of updates. The truth is I still don’t have anything significant to share. Didn’t get to meet up with Neuro yesterday. But the floor Medicine Doc did come by and he’s putting in requests for Neuro and Neuro Oncology to come by for consults.

The NO doc made connection yesterday so I expect we will talk this morning. He popped in to see Zane when I was out and told the nurse he’s just shocked with Zane’s case. He remembered meeting Zane bedside 18 months ago. He talked to us about Zane’s proposed brain cancer treatment plan should we stay in Orlando. But we went to St. Jude. So our involvement with each other then was brief.

Still no talk about discharge and I won’t allow it until I understand Zane’s “chronic” brain bleed. And what’s to be done and what to expect. I’m still very much in the dark on that at the moment. And it can’t be coincidence he had his first seizure with this going on in his head.

Also, I’d like to take this time to let you all know you don’t have to be scared to text me. Or even call. Didn’t mean to bully you all. I’ll answer when I can on texts. And I’m just not up to verbalising things that I don’t even understand so talking all day on these confusing serious matters is just not helpful for my head.
