Sleep with One Eye Open...Always!

HAHAHA. This gave me a chuckle. A fella handed this drawing off to Zane as we were leaving the hospital. I missed out on the exchange as I had gone to fetch the car. Apparently, this artist drew a photo of us in the clinic waiting room earlier in the day. He told Zane this was the drawing technique of once you put pen to paper, you don't lift the pen. Having not seen the actual scene, it may be difficult to see what's happening here. but he nailed it.

So why is it funny? Because.....Zane is sitting there on the left. And while I'd like to say that's me in the seat to the right, uhm...NOPE. That's someone random. I was crashed out sideways, in the love seat, between Zane and Random. (Hey...it was a lonnnnng day). So the artist sort of skipped over me as I'm the lazy blob snoring away in the middle.
