Checking out the Memphis Pyramid

And for the other non-medical weekend post...TODAY I walked over to the ๐Ÿ…ฟ๐Ÿ†ˆ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ…ฐ๐Ÿ…ผ๐Ÿ…ธ๐Ÿ…ณ, just a couple blocks away from our Tri-Delta St. Jude hotel. The Pyramid was once a basketball arena and Bass Pro Shop took it over, built a hotel in it and a sky-high elevator to the top, with a rooftop restaurant and lounge. It houses the world's largest Bass Pro Shop and even has an underwater themed bowling alley (The ๐—™๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต ๐—•๐—ผ๐˜„๐—น...clever, right?). So I checked it all out, rode the elevator to the top (watch video) and took in Memphis from the air. Zane was happy to take a pass on this excursion as he's not a fan of heights. He did request hot sauce ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ though and I obliged. He has agreed to go back with me to get their homemade fudge.

Oh...I forgot to add that I had the most delicious fried oysters (another thing Zaner was happy to miss out on). Have a look at menu and my plate! Yummy!
